Shamik Biswas has more than 30 years' experience across 5 continents and has worked in senior Product , Business planning , Strategy and Marketing roles in top telecom operators and large IT companies globally. He has been one of the pioneers of GSM, CDMA, Pvt Basic services , 3G, 4G ,5G ,ISP, DSL & broadband WiFi and IoT in India, Africa , Europe and the Middle East . He is also a pioneer of Digital Marketing in India and Africa. He has held senior management roles in the likes of Reliance, Tata, Wipro, Globacom Nigeria and currently heads Global corporate marketing for Plintron. Shamik has MBA degrees from Indian Institute of Management & Gujarat University ,India and an MS from Purdue University, USA with Beta Gamma Sigma Honours .
