Steffen is the VP Strategic Network Partnering & Wholesale at Magenta /T-Mobile Austria and running the WholeX Tribe. Steffen and his team are managing Mobile Wholesale Services (MVNO, Service Provider, Branded Reseller), Fixed Wholesale/-buy, Interconnect & Roaming as well as Value-added Services including A2P/Messaging, Mobile Payment/DCB and Network APIs. Steffen is one of the founders of Alpen Glasfaser GmbH, a Joint Venture between Magenta and Meridiam, Austria´s largest private Fiber initiative.

Steffen has 25+ years’ experience in the Telecoms market. Prior to joining Magenta, Steffen held various managing positions in Wholesale and Finance within the Deutsche Telekom Group. Steffen has negotiated, implemented and managed MVNO deals in many European markets.
