Dr. Xio Linares is the 6G Strategic Business Director at Keysight in Santa Rosa, California. Since 2015, Dr. Linares has led next-generation growth initiatives, including 6G and quantum technologies. Prior to joining Keysight, she held various research positions at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, Cisco, Intel, and Applied Materials, developing ICs, MEMS, and batteries. She received a PhD in materials science and engineering and a double-major bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and materials science from the University of California, Berkeley. Dr. Linares is committed to collaborating with other researchers and industry leaders to drive innovation and bring emerging technologies to market.
