Since 2023, Erez has been at the helm of Nokia’s software business in Europe, managing a diverse customer base and overseeing a growing Nokia’s software business in Europe. His responsibilities span the entire Nokia’s software product portfolio, from sales and implementations to post-production support and managed services.

Previously, Erez served as the Managing Director of Optiva, where he held the company’s global business, focusing on a full BSS/OSS portfolio. Prior to Optiva, he was General Manager and Division President at Amdocs, overseeing Vodafone’s business across 19 local markets and the Vodafone Group.
