He was a director at Telefonica and O2 for 7 years, and has spent over 30 years in marketing and customer roles with some of the world’s greatest consumer brands, eg Guinness, Volvo, PlayStation, Pepsi, Bacardi, 3. Gav led the consumer innovation function for Telefonica and O2 across all of their global markets, with a huge emphasis on customer-insight driven innovation.
