Victor Dyrnes is an entrepreneur and operator with 10 years of experience building and scaling businesses in emerging markets, with a strong focus on telecom, digital platforms, and customer-centric growth. He is a co-founder of Guinea Mobile, a Peruvian MVNO and MVNA managing 8 active brands and over 120,000 active SIMs, serving both consumers and enterprises across multiple verticals. Victor has led the company’s multi-brand, white-label, and platform strategy, helping transform Guinea from a traditional MVNO into a scalable ecosystem. He holds an MSc in Technology Entrepreneurship from UCL and a BSc from Lancaster University.
