Here you will find the relevant information and forms to complete for the event. If you have any questions, please contact Chloe at chloe.culver@informa.com. Pre-Event Checklist


To ensure you have a smooth running and successful event please use the below checklist for your pre-event preparations:

Further Information

YOUR STAND - SPACE ONLY

If your contract is a space only stand please complete the below steps, forms & read the following documents.  

1. You will be required to provide detailed stand plans for your space that adhere to Design Instructions - DOWNLOAD STAND INSTRUCTIONS HERE

2. Please read the Informa Rules & Regulations Handbook thoroughly before starting the design - DOWNLOAD HERE

3. Please ensure you have completed and returned the Health and Safety document to Chloe.

4. Should you wish to order anything additional, please go to the EVENT SERVICES section on this page for order forms.

Please submit all H&S & design documents for all space only stands by 6th October 2020 to Chloe

BUILD: all stands must be no more than 4m in height. 

RIGGING: should you wish to rig anything above your stand please email the request to Chloe

ALL ADAPTERS & EXTENSION LEADS MUST BE PROVIDED BY EXHIBITORS. INFORMA TECH WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THESE ON SITE.

YOUR STAND - SHELL SCHEME

By purchasing a shell scheme package, you will have included: shell walls, 2x chairs, 1x table, spotlights, 1x waste bin and 1x 18amps power socket (please refer to image above).

1. You will also be provided with a name board - DOWNLOAD HERE
    IMPORTANT: This will be unable to amended onsite, so please ensure this is correctly filled in as you would like it to look at the event

2. Please ensure you have completed and returned the Health and Safety document to Chloe.

3. Should you wish to order anything additional, please go to the EVENT SERVICES section on this page for order forms.

Please submit all H&S & design documents for all shell scheme stands by 6th October 2020 to Chloe

BUILD: all stands must be no more than 4m in height. For any signage you would like to bring please note that you can stick them onto the walls, however there can be no:
- Drilling or screwing
- Pins
- Double sided tape (BARNIER 100)
- The walls must be returned in the same state or there will be applicable charges
- All stands must be no more than 4m in height.

You must complete a Health and Safety Form and send it back to Chloe by Tuesday 3rd November.

PASS REGISTRATION - Deadline: 3rd November

The process for registering your passes this year has changed. Please see our how to guide on the steps needed to register your attendees.

You should have received a welcome email with your registration link but if you can't find this please let Chloe know.

The deadline for you to register your passes is Tuesday 3rd November.

Please DO NOT send us your pass information via any means as this is now all done by yourself through the Visit GES N200 system.

  • Delegate pass – Allows full access to the conference, exhibition and lunch
  • Speaker pass – Speakers will be automatically registered for a full access pass. Speaker passes, if any, are deducted from your allocation.
  • Exhibitor pass - Allows access to exhibition only.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

SECURITY: Bags may be checked on arrival to the venue, so please allow more time to enter the event

DELIVERIES
- Small packages can arrive no earlier Friday 27th November between 8am - 6pm
- Larger stand shipments can only arrive on Monday 30th November from 8am - 8pm (strictly no later than 8pm)

PRINTING ONSITE: There is a business centre at the venue, located on the first floor.
- Black and white - 0.25€ each copy
- Colour - 0.50€ each copy
- Double face - 0.40€ each copy it doesn’t matter if it is black and white or colour
