Pre-Event Checklist
To ensure you have a smooth running and successful event please use the below checklist for your pre-event preparations:

The conference tracks will be taking place:
Keynote/Track A: Auditorium which will be located on Floor -1.

YOUR STAND - SPACE ONLY
If your contract is a space only stand please complete the below steps, forms & read the following documents.
1. You will be required to provide detailed stand plans for your space that adhere to Design Instructions - DOWNLOAD STAND INSTRUCTIONS HERE
2. Please read the Informa Rules & Regulations Handbook thoroughly before starting the design - DOWNLOAD HERE
3. Please ensure you have completed and returned the Health and Safety document to Sam.
4. Should you wish to order anything additional, please go to the EVENT SERVICES section on this page for order forms.
5. Please be aware the exhibition hall is permanently carpeted and any damages could be charged.
Please submit all H&S & design documents for all space only stands by 20th May 2022 to Sam
BUILD: all stands must be no more than 3m in height, unless confirmed with Informa first.
RIGGING: should you wish to rig anything above your stand please email the request to Sam
ALL ADAPTERS & EXTENSION LEADS MUST BE PROVIDED BY EXHIBITORS. INFORMA TECH WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THESE ON SITE.
YOUR STAND - SHELL SCHEME
By purchasing a shell scheme package, you will have included: shell walls, 2x chairs (Shell), 1x table (Equix), spotlights, 1x waste bin (Paper Bin) and 1x 18amps power socket (please refer to image via the link below).
1. You will also be provided with a name board - Please fill out the form on page 4 HERE by Wednesday 1st June 2022
IMPORTANT: This will is unable to be amended onsite, so please ensure this is correctly filled in as you would like it to look at the event
2. Please ensure you have completed and returned the Health and Safety document to Sam.
3. Should you wish to order anything additional, please go to the EVENT SERVICES section on this page for order forms.

BUILD: all stands must be no more than 2.5m in height. For any signage you would like to bring please note that you can stick them onto the walls, however there can be no:
- Drilling or screwing
- Pins
- Double sided tape (BARNIER 100)
- The walls must be returned in the same state or there will be applicable charges
- All stands must be no more than 2.5m in height.

PASS REGISTRATION - Deadline: 3rd June
The process for registering your passes this year has changed. Please see our how to guide on the steps needed to register your attendees.
You will receive a welcome email with your registration link on or before Friday 15th April.
The deadline for you to register your passes is Friday 3rd June.
Please DO NOT send us your pass information via any means as this is now all done by yourself through the Visit GES N200 system.

SECURITY: Bags may be checked on arrival to the venue, so please allow more time to enter the event
DELIVERIES
- Small packages can arrive no earlier Friday 17th June between 8am - 6pm
- Larger stand shipments can only arrive on Monday 20th June from 8am - 8pm (strictly no later than 8pm)
PRINTING ONSITE: There is a business centre at the venue, located on the first floor.
- Black and white - 0.25€ each copy
- Colour - 0.50€ each copy
- Double face - 0.40€ each copy it doesn’t matter if it is black and white or colour

PLATFORM
NGON & DCI World 2022 is powered by Swapcard.
The platform will be available to exhibitors on Friday 20th May to ensure you have enough time to complete your profiles and familiarise yourself with everything. Our team will be on hand through the whole process to ensure you get the best experience possible!
BOOTH & CONTENT DEADLINES
The platform will be live for you to access and update your information by Friday 20th May. You can prepare the following in advance ready for this date, if you have any questions please don't hesitate to get in contact
- Company Logo: 400x200px (2:1 ratio), no larger than 1MB
- Header Image: 1200x675px (16:9 ratio), no larger than 1MB
- Advertising banner: 1080x1920px (9:16) image, no larger than 1MB
- Booth Background Image: 2560x1600px (16:10 ratio), no larger than 1MB
- Header Video Link: This can be a live or pre-recorded video, hosted on Youtube or Vimeo. This video will play, muted, at the top of your booth’s page. Suggested video length should be no more than three minutes.
- Company Description: There is no official word limit for this but we would suggest up to 100 words.
- Content Uploads: If you have any materials (pdfs, whitepapers, etc) you would like the event attendees to have access to please forward them on to me and I will upload them on your booth.
- Product Gallery Uploads (limit of 5). The product gallery is viewable by all attendees via the homepage and is another opportunity to showcase your products and services! Through this list attendees can view your items, place them on a wishlist, and view your linked company profile. The items you can upload are: Video, Webinar, Whitepapers, Report, EBook, Case Study, Podcast. Don’t forget a short description and corresponding image for maximum visibility!
- Social Media Accounts – If you would like to include the links to your LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook or Instagram company accounts, please share the links accordingly.
