Dejan Bilbija has over 20 years of experience in networking & telecommunications and is currently the Director of Sales System Engineering at Ciena. In this role, he leads a team of pre-sales technical consultants and is responsible for customers in EMEA region.

Dejan joined Ciena via the Nortel MEN acquisition in 2009 and, throughout his career, has covered different technical consultancy positions addressing various customer segments ranging from enterprise to service providers and submarine operators, and covering various geographical domains across Europe and Middle East.
