Here you will find the relevant information and forms to complete for the event. If you have any questions, please contact your Operations Lead: Charlotte.Whitehead@informa.com. Please ensure you read each section carefully and meet the required deadlines. We look forward to working with you in making this a successful event!

PRE-EVENT CHECKLIST

To ensure you have a smooth running and successful event please use the below checklist for your pre-event preparations:

  1. Check what your package includes
  2. Submit your completed H&S form - DEADLINE: 2nd September
  3. Register your passes & order additional passes if needed - DEADLINE: 17th September
  4. Check what each of your passes allow
  5. Send me your logo & profile by the set deadline - DEADLINE: 2nd September
  6. Order additional event services - DEADLINE: 16th September
  7. Book your accommodation
  8. Schedule your deliveries
  9. Check the event timings (including set-up and breakdown)
  10. Apply for your visa

TABLE TOP

The table top package includes the following: 

  • 1 x 6sqm space (unless stated differently in your contract)
  • 1 x 1.83m (L) x 0.75m(W) x 0.75m(H) trestle table (clothed)
  • 2 x chairs
  • 1 x power socket

SECURITY

Exhibitors must man their stand at all times. Any items left unattended are the responsibility of the Exhibitor. Informa Tech take no responsibility for any loss or damage.

The process for registering your passes this year has changed. Please see our how to guide on the steps needed to register your attendees.

You should have received a welcome email with your registration link but if you can't find this please Charlotte know

The deadline for you to register your passes is Tuesday 17th September

Please DO NOT send us your pass information via any means as this is now all done by yourself through the Visit GES N200 system.

  • Speaker pass – Speakers will be automatically registered for a full access pass. Speaker passes, if any, are deducted from your allocation.

If you choose not to use the official freight handler, please use the following delivery instructions:

  • Do not deliver any materials earlier than Thursday 19th September as they will not be stored by the venue.
  • Goods can be delivered up to 3 working days before your event.
  • All items must be correctly labelled (Please use the delivery labels below).
  • Informa Tech & the venue cannot clear any customs for any event nor are they responsible for any delays.
  • Informa Tech & the venue cannot be held responsible for the shipping of any equipment nor are they responsible for the collection and receipt of any deliveries.

Please be considerate and careful with your words and actions. Exhibitors in the expo hall, evening party hosts and organizers of concurrent activities should be aware they are subject to the code of conduct. Exhibitors and party hosts may not promote sexualized or offensive imagery or activities. Exhibition and party staff should not use sexualized clothing/uniforms/costumes, or otherwise create a sexualized environment. Participants asked to stop any behavior are expected to comply immediately. If a participant or sponsor engages in behavior that violates this code of conduct,  Informa Tech staff may take action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the event with no refund.
