Olivier has a Master in Engineering at ESSTIN Nancy, Olivier successfully Perform a Phd inside TDF related to the quality of service inside MPLS Core network.

He joined POST in Luxembourg 2009 where he operate to develop the core IP/MPLS Core network. In 2014, he is the leading person to perform the transformation of the core to the next generation including selection, design and deployment of the new concept.

Joining the Network Access Team in 2018, Olivier has in charge the studies and the deployment of new technologies. Actually leading the deployment of the XGSPON technologies inside the country.

He is also in charge of represent POST Luxembourg inside the ETSI F5G ISG and have participate to the founding of the group.
